Delivery

We strive to dispatch all orders within three working days (Monday-Friday). If you need your order soon, feel free to message before or after checkout to ask if it's possible for prompt postage.

- All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail second class as standard.

- Second class standard postage is not trackable, please choose to upgrade to tracked delivery if you'd like to be able to track your item.

- Original gouache paintings are dispatched using Royal Mail special delivery as standard

- You can upgrade to first class or special delivery at checkout

Prices 

- Standard postage for greeting cards - £1.50 

- Special delivery (as standard) for original gouache paintings & commissions - £6.50

- Tea towel postage - £2.50

You can upgrade postage at checkout to first class, tracked or special delivery - all posted by Royal Mail.

Packaging 

- All packaging used is 100% plastic free and recyclable, please make sure you recycle responsibly. 

- Wholesale packaging - boxes will be reused wherever possible to limit waste.

-The cello sleeves used on original paintings and prints are 100% recyclable and compostable - these can either be placed in the recycling bin or food composting bin.
